When NGP dissolved, Martin & Peter joined to produce and promote music through Music, Etc. , and Rich Records.
While continuing Phantom Productions, Martin formed a new company with Peter Butcher. Peter and Martin had met while working on NGP projects. Using Peter's European resources, Music, Etc. worked to secure new music from recording studios in the US and promote them to international publishers and record companies. Peter and Martin also enjoyed success during this time charting a remake of Leslie Gore's "It's My Party and I'll Cry if I Want To " by Barbara Gaskin and Dave Stewarton the US Billboard charts. 05/04/82 left TxDHS Bannister Lane offices for Fort Davis Indian Lodge with Sherry Thorne. Cheryl was to travel with us, decided not to go because she wouldn't have anything to do while we were in meetings and took care of the dogs.

8/8/82 Paula showed M Townhouse close to her home belonging to Joe & Mollie Flores. Martin leased the Townhouse.
Martin moved to Flores' townhouse on Fort Clark near Paula who lived one street over on Battle Bend. 08/14/1982 to 04/1985

Paula helped Martin decorate the townhouse. It was a good situation as Paula and Martin worked together and could sometimes commute.

On 08/30/82 Martin moved all recording equip back home on Sun Vista from town house for IRS to verify business.
Martin then met with IRS in their offices. Turned out the IRS reviewer was a musician and understood the recording business and convinced hie supervisor that we were legitimate.

Sherry did not like riding in my green flower Highland Sound Company van, so I sold it and bought a Pontiac 6000. I missed the van as it was great! I didn't do much music recording during this period.
