Chris & Martin's Scrapbook - 202
These pages were initially created to transfer photos from traditional scrapbooks to the internet in order to both preserve and make the pictures and history available to family and friends. It has become more extensive than I intended. However, I see it as a way to save the details before they slip away.

Subject: Re: Questions on your house
Hi Vicki,mIn answer to your questions.
1) The roof is in really good condition and is the original roof 1985
2) The AC is also the original unit. We have had it serviced regularly and it is working great.
We actually took out insurance last August on all our appliances including the AC and furnace. I will try to find out if the coverage can be transferred to the new owners.
3) All of the exterior woodwork is stained with a product made by Flood called CWF-UV. It is a wood conditioner/preserver. We have re-done the exterior three or four times since 1985 with CWF. It should not need to be stained again for several years, except where the sun hits it all day long during the Summer months.
4) Some of the interior rooms have been repainted, the most recent about three years ago.
5) We had the deck built about a year after we moved into the house. It has been well maintained and
cleaned and resealed on a regular basis - the last time about three months ago.
6) The carpet is original. It is a super quality carpet, and shows no wear. We have been amazed at how
well it has lasted.
Hope the above is helpful.
Regards,
Chris

Hi Chris, Matt sends out "Evidence of Success" postcards to his clients every month or so. We would like to put your story on the next card. Here is what we propose to say if you give us the "ok":
(The left-hand-side of the card will say:) Dear Friend, Just a quick note to let you know how I can help anyone you might refer to me.
Chris and Martin decided it was time to build their dream home in the country. They were worried it would take a long time to sell their current home, one with many custom features and on an acre lot. Their biggest concern was the timing˜they did not want to move twice! With Matt‚s help, their current home was sold sooner than expected, and the buyer agreed to lease it back to Chris and Martin so they would not have to move twice.
