Johnny Adams 12/23/2020 Obit

Johnny was a long time friend of ours. Johnny and I first worked together in the Midland/Odessa area, both became training instructors at the DHS Training Center in 1978. We both ended up in Austin. Johnny married Elaine Barina and Chris and I enjoyed their friendship. Johnny was a great punster, a trained auctioneer, an excellent instructor and always a fun person to be around. Elaine and Johnny participated in our Del Poling "Four Year Old" training shoot. As a writer for the Bastrop Advertiser Newspaper he wrote a great story about our vintage recording collection. Until his health turned south, Elaine and Johnny always attended our super bowl parties and we'd share a meal when time was available. Johnny was very proud of his daughter Johnna and her play writing/directing. I will always miss Johnny's wonderful wit!
