Martin took this photo in the Reflecting Pool of the US Capitol in 1984.  He was visiting a friend in Cleveland, Ohio and had the film developed at a Cleveland photo shop.  A week later the friend saw that the photo shop was selling the photo as a poster and complained bringing the sales to an end.
